JoHo recruits and mediates via an unique easy accessible method for organisations and institutions who are looking for young or entrepreneurial people.
- Basic recruitment and/or selection of volunteers, trainee concerning the participate projects and organisations
- Basic or extended recruitment and/or selections of employees: various of paid jobs (local) salary or free board and lodging
- Support with recruiting of temporary replacement of management team members during holidays etc.
- Support with recruiting people who are interested and able to support continuing a project or organisations, when the founder unexpected has to return to the country of residence or has to quit the project.
Basic package
- Basic selection service: selection of resumes by Abroad Service team and interviews (quick scan) by JoHo team members within the Dutch JoHo centers
- Insertion in the JoHo Abroad service information package (1 page)
- Basic Recruitment activities and briefly attention during events
- Attention on the JoHo site, including 2 times a week on the homepage
Plus package
- Extended selection service: selection of resumes and job interviews by a professional recruiter within the Dutch JoHo centers.
- Extended insertion in the JoHo Abroad service information package (2 pages or more)
- Extra recruitment activities and special attention during events
- Special attention on the JoHo site, including 4 times a week on the homepage.

We can provide information and advise concerning various insurances with the intention to offer a suitable insurance based on the personal situation. The construction of the combination Recruitment and International Travel & Health Insurance is an agreement that employees of an organisation will have an insurance through JoHo in exchange for JoHo recruitment activities.
