Onder ‘economisch verkeer’ in de zin van artikel 2.20 lid 1, sub a, b en c BVIE wordt verstaan het gebruik dat plaatsvindt in het kader van een handelsactiviteit waarmee een economisch voordeel wordt ‘nagestreefd’ en niet in de particuliere sfeer.
